Welcome to The Wild Stride
A hiking and music festival with a focus on community.
Get ready for a unique festival experience that blends adventure, music, and community spirit. The Wild Stride is a one-of-a-kind journey that starts with a scenic hike from Hastings, through the stunning Hastings Country Park, a pause at Charles Palmer Vineyard, Winchelsea, for an acoustic set and then on to Tibbs Farm near Rye, where an incredible lineup of live music, delicious food, and refreshing drinks awaits.
We look forward to welcoming you at any stage during the day!
The day begins with a 19km group walk from Hastings along the clifftops through Hastings Country Park. Follow the Sussex coastline, take in the views and meet fellow walkers along the way, before arriving at Tibbs Farm near Rye.

Pause at Charles Palmer Vineyard for an intimate acoustic session among the vines. Enjoy a glass of wine and the views before continuing the final 6km walk to Tibbs Farm. You can also choose to join the day here.
the festival
The hike finishes at Tibbs Farm for an afternoon and evening of live music. Expect a carefully curated lineup spanning acoustic, folk, indie and rock, alongside great food, drinks and plenty of space to relax or dance. Camping is available for those who want to stay the night.
